*Tiger couldn’t hit a green, he couldn’t putt, and he hadn’t played in four months… and he shot a -11 for the tournament. I don’t care about his personal life, the dude is a blast to watch.
*If you didn’t get emotional when Mickelson embraced his wife after the 18th hole, you might need to check & see if you have a heart.
*Has the goal scoring race in the NHL ever had this exciting of a finish?
*Speaking of NHL, what a boneheaded move they pulled off today not having the Rangers-Flyers game moved to NBC. In college basketball, this game would be called the national play-in game, or the round one game, or whatever they’re calling it these days. But in the NHL? It’s just another regular season game, good enough for both local markets, and a struggling NHL Network that most cable providers don’t carry. Bigtime fail, Bettman.
*Quick playoff thoughts: Bruins-Sabres will be a great series. By Thursday everyone will have talked themselves into believing the Senators can put up a fight… then the Penguins will manhandle them. Flyers beat the Devils 5-1 in the season series this year, and can easily upset them in the first round. Blackhawks-Predators will be a great series, but Coyotes-Red Wings is probably my most anticipated first round matchup.
*Won my first fantasy baseball matchup of the season today. Championship, here I come.

I like it.
